• seeking a Client Success Manager / Customer Solutions Advisor with expertise in Digital Marketing Platforms • you will build and nurture executive-level client relationships while actively growing accounts through a consultative approach • deliver measurable value to clients by translating business challenges into compelling InfoTrust solutions • ensure clients maximize ROI from their technology investments • collaborate with delivery teams to translate technical solutions into business language • stay ahead of industry trends in MarTech, AdTech, and privacy
🎯 Requirements
• 8+ years of experience in MarTech consulting, digital analytics strategy, or similar client-facing technical roles • deep understanding of digital marketing platforms -- Google Analytics, Google Marketing Platform: SA360, CM360, DV360, GCP • proven track record of growing accounts and managing client relationships that drive revenue • ability to build and deliver compelling presentations • strong business acumen to engage with executives about their business challenges • excellent listening skills and ability to articulate solutions that address client needs
