📋 Description

• Founded in 2007, Initiate Government Solutions (IGS) a Woman Owned Small Business. • We are a fully remote IT services provider that delivers innovative Enterprise IT and Health Services solutions across the federal sector. • Our focus is on data analytics, health informatics, cloud migration, and the modernization of federal information systems. • IGS uses ISO 9001:2015, 20000-1:2018, 27001:2013, 28001:2007, CMMI/SVC3, CMMI/DEV3 best practices, and PMBOK® methods to provide clients with a strategy to build solid foundations to grow capabilities and revenue. • IGS is currently recruiting a remote Sr. Solutions Architect to support IGS by supporting company-wide decisions regarding technology.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or equivalent scientific or technical discipline; ten (10) years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for education. • Ten (10) years’ technical architecture experience, including a variety of programming languages, platforms, and operating systems. • Prior experience as an engineer overseeing architecture and engineering for enterprise-wide technology platforms. • Broad knowledge of software engineering languages, frameworks, techniques, and industry trends. • Ability to lead technical professionals in a highly collaborative, team-based environment. • Extensive knowledge of and experience with software development lifecycle and processes (Agile, SAFe, DevSecOps, ITIL, ITSM, CMMI, ISO) • Ability to facilitate and lead conversations with key government and non-government stakeholders. • Candidates should have at least three (3) of the following certifications or equivalent: o Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900): o Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate (Az-204) o Microsoft Azure Data Fundamentals (DP-900) o Microsoft Azure AI Engineer Associate o AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional o AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner o AWS Certified Data Analytics – Specialty o AWS Certified Machine Learning – Specialty • Ability to support customers during EST hours. • Excellent oral and written communication skills. • Excellent analytical and organizational skills. • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearance. • Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship due to clearance requirement.
