Description
• innovaTel is looking for both full and part-time Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist licensed in all states • Working patients across the LIFESPAN in an Outpatient Community Mental Health Center Setting • We provide a tremendous amount of support to our clinical team and want our clinicians to be able to focus on what’s most important - patient care • Come join our exceptional team and see why we have a strong clinician retention rate!
Requirements
• Relevant and active LMFT license • Certified and / or experienced in common therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, TFCBT and Motivational Interviewing • Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills, positive relationship building skills and critical analysis. • Flexibility and ability to adjust to needs of clinic partners (e.g., same-day appointments, patients in crisis, technology outages, etc.) • Well versed in using EHRs, confident in a virtual setting and concurrent documentation • Experienced in caring for patients with Serious Mental Illness • Experienced in caring for patients with co-occurring substance use disorders • Previous telemedicine experience and skilled at using online tools and technology to deliver care and communicate with patients
