Requirements

• A minimum of 3-4 years of end-to-end recruitment, including Gaming industry (experience in mobile game development preferred). • A strong understanding of the Gaming industry, including the latest trends and innovations. • Strong recruitment skills, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates. • Familiar with different recruitment tools and techniques, such as applicant tracking systems, social media recruiting, and job boards. • Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with candidates, hiring managers, and other team members. • Strong sales and marketing skills to effectively sell the company and the job to the candidate. • Strong communication in English must have, excellent business communication in English.
