Requirements

• Proven experience in tech recruitment, with at least 2 years in a leadership role • Exposure to hiring on a global level (EMEA, APAC, LATAM, etc.) • Hands-on experience with a full-cycle recruitment • Proven background in online and in-person interviews, candidate screening, and evaluation. • Excellent verbal and written communication and team management skills • Strong decision-making skills and result-oriented attitude • Enthusiasm, charisma, and strategic insight, thriving in fast-paced environments and building influence at all levels • Experience in employer branding and talent acquisition. • Advanced knowledge of data analysis and recruitment metrics (huge plus) • Background in diversity and inclusion initiatives in recruitment (huge plus)
