β’ Collaborate with the Sales Director to design and engineer customized cybersecurity solutions that meet the unique needs of our clients. β’ Provide pre-sales support, including delivering presentations, demos, and technical proposals to prospective customers. β’ Design and document detailed solution architectures, ensuring scalability, security, and industry best practices. β’ Work closely with the sales team to develop pricing strategies and support the closing of deals. β’ Provide technical expertise during sales Proof of Concept (POC) engagements. β’ Assist with solution implementation and provide customer training. β’ Create and maintain technical documentation for proposed solutions. β’ Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation.
β’ Strong background in cybersecurity, with experience in designing and implementing security solutions in industrial environments. β’ Relevant Industrial (GRID, GCIP) and IT certifications such as CISSP, CISM, GICSP, or cloud certifications (AWS, Azure) are preferred. β’ Proven experience working with sales teams to price and close deals. β’ Demonstrated ability to understand customer needs and engineer solutions that address those needs effectively. β’ Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. β’ Specific experience in industrial cybersecurity and knowledge of SCADA, ICS, or OT environments. β’ Experience working across engineering, professional services, and sales teams. β’ Ability to manage complex projects and coordinate across teams. β’ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
