• Quickly and effectively qualify and follow up on chat-based and small demo requests. • Deliver clear, compelling walk-throughs of our platform to generate initial interest. • Build and execute targeted cold email campaigns to re-engage stale leads and generate pipeline. • Own transactional accounts from qualification through handoff, allowing AEs to focus on complex sales. • Ensure smooth transitions to AEs with well-documented insights and clean data in HubSpot. • Audit and revive aged opportunities to maintain healthy, predictable pipeline growth.
• Have 1–2+ years in a BDR, SDR, or junior sales role (B2B SaaS, martech, or agency experience a plus) • Thrive in a high-tempo environment where no two days look the same • Can handle multiple live chat/demo requests while keeping outbound motion consistent • Are fluent in HubSpot for tracking, logging, and reporting • Know how to write effective cold email sequences and test for performance • Can confidently lead a basic product demo and actively listen and qualify leads • Are naturally organized, with strong follow-up instincts and attention to detail
