β’ Inspire Brands is seeking a Divisional Vice President who will drive culture, guest experience, and operating standards for company restaurants while maximizing sales and profits. β’ The DVP will oversee and guide the operations team to deliver on financial targets, achieve operational excellence, and uphold the brand standards of Arbyβs. β’ Build a culture of high performance and accountability which embodies our values and delivers on our brand promise. β’ Drive sales and profits through the improvement of operating standards and the guest experience. β’ Achieve financial results equal to or better than Annual Operating Plan (AOP). β’ Supervise and motivate Region Vice Presidents to uphold standards to meet business objectives and enhance guest and team member experience. β’ Build organizational talent and bench strength across all Regions. β’ Maintain an excellent working knowledge and a high level of proficiency in the performance of all phases of operations. β’ Ensure compliance with all federal, state and local laws, as well as company and brand standards. β’ Guide the proper maintenance of, and investment in, all restaurants and ensure the safety of our employees and customers. β’ Ensure the development of Certified Training Restaurants and the execution of training programs. β’ Ensure all restaurants maintain safe food safety practices as outlined in our operating procedures and required by regulatory agencies. β’ Create an atmosphere where people motivate themselves to achieve mutually beneficial goals. β’ Maintain an attitude of flexibility that allows performance above and beyond the parameters of this position description.
β’ Minimum of 10 years restaurant management experience with 7 years at Area Supervisor Director level or above required. β’ 4 year degree in Business or a related field preferred. β’ Strong leadership skills, with experience managing and coaching large teams of diverse individuals. β’ Expertise in strategic planning, with a track record of developing and implementing successful initiatives that drive performance, enhance brand value, and improve financial results. β’ Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including but not limited to marketing, HR, finance, operations services, and facilities to achieve common goals and optimize operations. β’ Proven experience in data analysis and data-driven decision-making, with a deep understanding of statistical analysis, financial modeling, and other analytical tools and techniques. β’ Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of financial statements, profit and loss analysis, and other key business metrics. β’ Strong planning and execution skills. β’ Excellent financial, analytical, verbal and written communication skills. β’ Proven track record of growing and developing talent within your organization to create a leadership pipeline.
