β€’ Own responsibility for strategically selling Caper expansions into a portfolio of key enterprise retailers β€’ Work together with Business Development to design and implement expansion strategies that will drive revenue growth for Caper β€’ Identify, build, and maintain strong relationships with key Caper decision-makers and influencers β€’ Create and deliver compelling expansion presentations and proposals to retailers β€’ Negotiate and close complex Caper contracts with retailers β€’ Collaborate with Connected Stores MS&P and Caper sales to enhance the overall go-to-market strategy and processes for Caper β€’ Partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders across several functions including Product, Finance, Marketing, Legal, and Partnerships to develop creative solutions that drive results

🎯 Requirements

β€’ 6+ years’ experience working on cutting-edge challenges in the grocery or retail space β€’ Excellent communication, written, verbal and presentation skills with the ability to distill complex ideas into clear and compelling stories β€’ A self-starter able to proactively and independently drive progress across multiple stakeholder groups β€’ Experience selling or expanding high-tech products or services, preferably in the retail industry β€’ Proven track record of exceeding sales / OKR targets β€’ Comfort with ambiguity and a rapidly evolving business landscape β€’ Strong technical skills and understanding of APIs, databases, and integration tools β€’ Willingness to travel as needed
