Description

• Manage and grow Emerging advertisers at Instacart. • Increase active advertiser rate driving revenue growth. • Develop and maintain relationships with advertisers. • Conduct high volumes of daily activities, including calls and emails. • Create sales collateral to communicate Instacart's platform benefits. • Exceed key performance indicators such as retention rate and revenue. • Utilize CRM tools for lead engagement and contact mapping. • Drive increased investments from active advertisers. • Standardize materials for high-quality support. • Deliver excellent customer experience through strong project management skills. • Collaborate with product teams on improvements.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in the advertising industry. • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs. • Excellent organizational and project management skills. • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality. • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment. • Strong advertising industry knowledge and understanding of CPG advertising is a plus. • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales engagement tools.
