• 8-10 years of relevant ad/agency/platform sales experience • Proven success exceeding sales quotas & growing revenues YoY through generating customer centric solutions • Client relationship builder with executive presence • Deep understanding of the media landscape, specifically programmatic & social • Commercial minded and data based thinker • Understanding of CPG industry • Success in operating in fast paced environment • Deals well with ambiguity; ability to stay focused in dynamic, rapidly-changing environments. • Must be open to travel (2-3x/month); client meetings, conferences, panels, etc.
