• Se rapportant au Vice-président Ventes, le/la Directeur principal de comptes est un(e) partenaire stratégique pour nos clients. • En tant que membre de l’équipe des ventes, vous mobilisez votre expertise technique et votre leadership pour mener le développement des affaires. • Vous êtes responsable de l'acquisition de nouveaux clients par la vente de services professionnels et de licences logicielles. • Vous devez être un communicateur hors pair et un facilitateur de la collaboration. • Votre mission consiste à contribuer à la croissance de Talan en utilisant une approche de vente consultative. • Vous devez également établir des relations à long terme avec l'équipe de vente de Microsoft et planifier des programmes de développement.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum de 15 ans d'expérience pertinente en vente externe de services professionnels dans un territoire assigné. • 10 ans d'expérience dans la vente de progiciels de gestion intégrée (ERP), tel que SAP, Microsoft, Oracle ou autres. • Capacité à mener une discussion d'affaires avec des cadres exécutifs de niveau 'C'. • Compréhension des objectifs dans les domaines de la finance, de la chaîne d'approvisionnement, de la fabrication, de la distribution, du commerce de détail, et des services. • Solides compétences en matière d’analyse, de résolution de problèmes et d'organisation. • Connaissance des meilleures pratiques avec des compétences avérées en matière de leadership. • Capacité à fixer et à respecter les délais pour des livrables multiples. • Orientation client et compétences solides en matière d'établissement de relations. • Expérience à travailler avec un réseau de partenaires d’affaires. • Compétences démontrées en matière de leadership, d'interpersonnelles et de négociation. • Capacité à gérer efficacement la performance de son territoire et le pipeline des ventes. • Maîtrise démontrée de la suite de productivité de Microsoft. • Volonté et disponibilité pour voyager.
