Description

• Lead high impact programs enhancing Instacart’s products and platforms. • Drive cross-functional collaboration with engineering, product, and data teams. • Define success metrics, strategies, and deliver high-quality outcomes.

Requirements

• 10+ years of post-graduation experience in a technology field, preferably as a technical program manager, product manager, software engineer or engineering manager (technical domain), or related technical discipline. • Experience in defining, delivering, derisking, and clearly exhibiting a combination of product and engineering prowess. • Can wear multiple hats to create strategy memos, write functional specs, define high level technical requirements, derive insights from structured data, and leverage LLMs as a productivity multiplier in addition to defining program structure & strategy. • Experience in managing complex, ambiguous, multi-org programs end-to-end, from early conceptualization and definition to launch, throughout a software development lifecycle. • A strong communicator, collaborator, and natural storyteller. • Bring executive presence with senior leaders. • Show strong ownership, accountability, and intellectual curiosity to understand executional and technical problems in depth.
