Requirements

β€’ 5-7 years of experience in B2B marketing, with at least 3-4 years focused on account-based marketing. β€’ Experience with marketing tools such Foundry, 6sense, Demandbase or similar, as well as Sales enablement tools such as Salesforce and Outreach β€’ A strategic thinker who gets energized by solving complex business challenges β€’ A creative problem-solver who thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments β€’ A collaborative leader who builds strong relationships and brings out the best in others β€’ An entrepreneur at heart who embraces our "no job too small" startup mentality β€’ A mission-driven professional excited about making meaningful societal impact through education β€’ A lifelong learner who stays curious and adapts quickly to change β€’ Someone who brings high emotional intelligence and excels in ambiguous situations β€’ An individual who values both data-driven decisions and creative innovation β€’ A professional who understands the HR technology industry landscape
