Description

• Support instructional improvement on the ground with school system partners • Work closely with the Director of Instructional Support • Execute professional development, lead instructional walkthroughs, build and coach capacity in leaders, and provide content expertise to partners throughout the country • Conduct in-person and virtual observations and reviews of student work • Design and deliver in-person and virtual professional development experiences

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience as a math teacher • 2+ years as an administrator or instructional coach • Record of success achieving clearly-defined outcomes and improving student learning • Deep knowledge of math content and pedagogy in grades K-12 • Deep understanding of the math standards, assessments, and instructional implications • Detail orientation, organization, and follow through • Very strong oral and written communication skills • Experience building positive relationships with diverse team members and stakeholders • Able to travel to schools nationally weekly
