• Define and refine customer personas and segmentation strategies for the professional learning and other opportunistic audience segments • Craft compelling value propositions and messaging tailored to the specific customer segment and collaborate with cross-functional partners to bring those messages to market • Work closely with the product management teams to launch new products and features and position them to meet the needs of the professional learning segment • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, sales, and customer success) to ensure alignment and successful execution of go-to-market strategies • Create and maintain product collateral, including presentations, brochures, and case studies and contribute to segment-specific content and events produced by the marketing team • Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and threats and inform product development and improvements

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree • At least 5 years in a B2B Product Marketing or related role • Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Strong analytical skills in business performance. • Demonstrated ability to build successful relationships and partner with senior and executive management. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Proven ability to solve problems and issues creatively. • Attention to detail, organization and desire for continuous improvement and innovation. • Ability to handle multiple projects effectively. • Confidence and initiative, with ability to work with minimal direction.
