β€’ Qualify leads from digital marketing campaigns as sales opportunities β€’ Contact potential clients through cold calls, emails and professional platform messages (E.g. LinkedIn, Xing) β€’ Present our company to potential clients β€’ Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services β€’ Customize product/service solutions to increase customer satisfaction β€’ Build long-term trusting relationships with clients β€’ Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market β€’ Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and account executives β€’ Report to the CEO on (weekly/monthly/quarterly) sales results β€’ Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans

🎯 Requirements

β€’ 3-5 years experience as business development representative or similar role in Industrial Engineering or IT services and IT consulting or Technology industry β€’ Proficiency in English language (verbal and written communication) β€’ Digital marketing savvy β€’ Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls) β€’ Track record of achieving sales quotas β€’ Familiarity with MS Office tools (E.g. analyzing spreadsheets and charts in excel) β€’ Understanding of sales performance metrics β€’ Excellent communication and negotiation skills β€’ Ability to deliver engaging presentations β€’ BSc degree in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant field
