• Project Analyst – Junior supporting DCSA’s strategic initiatives. • Analyze organizational structures and environments. • Assist with optimizing organizational design and process improvements. • Contribute to studies for improving agency operations and workplace efficiency. • Support change management practices for smooth transitions. • Plan significant meetings within the agency, preparing briefing materials. • Facilitate effective communication among team members. • Support cross-mission integration projects aligning with DCSA’s objectives. • Engage in data gathering, research, and analytical tasks for effective project strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Public Administration, or a related field is required. • Additional years of relevant experience, position-related training, or certifications may be considered in lieu of a degree. • Minimum of 1+ years in project analysis, project support, or a related role within the Department of Defense (DoD) sector. • Demonstrated capability to perform duties independently, with a strong commitment to team collaboration and proactive problem-solving. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to convey insights clearly. • Strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to tasks. • Eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic, mission-driven environment. • Proficient in MS Office applications to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint. • MS PowerBI experience is desirable for this position.
