Description

• Responsible for providing leadership and direction to manufacturing facilities. • Ensure operational excellence, structured growth, and long-term strategic management. • Deliver world-class manufacturing focusing on zero quality defects and on-time delivery. • Manage a team of Directors of Operations for respective areas of responsibility. • Contribute to the development and execution of manufacturing strategies and NPI.

Requirements

• Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Engineering or similar technical discipline. • Master’s degree preferred. • Minimum Experience: 8 years’ senior operations management experience in industries with advanced manufacturing processes and technologies. • Multiple plant leadership experience is a requirement. • Experience in medical device and/or a regulated manufacturing environment is a strong asset, but not a requirement. • Experienced in developing and sustaining products in compliance with ISO standards is a requirement. • Experience in an FDA regulated environment will be a strong asset. • Proven track record of managing technical employees, building high-performing manufacturing organizations and delivering high quality products on time and on budget. • Proven track record of delivering results in a high-performance continuous improvement environment through implementation of and expertise with the latest lean management methods. • Demonstrated business acumen with understanding of the P&L and balance sheet.
