📋 Description

• Pipeline360 is seeking a Field Marketing Director. • You’ll be responsible for the strategy, planning, execution, and optimization of field marketing programs that drive demand generation and brand awareness. • You will partner closely with Sales and the rest of the Marketing team to concept, deliver, and optimize multi-channel marketing programs including content, campaigns, events and sales enablement. • We’re looking for someone who is strategic but hands on and is excited and ready to play a major role in unlocking and driving growth across our business.

🎯 Requirements

• 7-10 years of B2B Field Marketing / Demand experience • Experience with in-person events including regional field events and end-to-end tradeshow planning and execution • Experience collaborating with Sales to develop tailored / regional / ABM go-to-market programs • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision making, including campaign performance measurement and optimization. • Working knowledge of Salesforce and marketing automation platform experience • Growth mindset and a team player with a positive attitude • Ability to occasionally travel
