Description

• The Linux system administrator is responsible for remotely deploying Intelerad's complex applications while minimizing risk and client impact. • Collaborating with the team, the system administrator analyzes complex change requests to determine and implement optimal solutions for customers and Intelerad. • Analyze technical procedures to implement efficiency and reliability improvements. • Emphasizes security and compliance. • Supervisory Responsibilities: None • Duties/Responsibilities: Remotely install and configure Intelerad's software solutions on Linux servers, Handle complex server additions, software upgrades, configuration changes, and disaster recoveries, Provide third-level support for complex change management, • Create, update, and enhance documentation, Identify, assess, and implement process and technology improvements to enhance product delivery, Develop scripts and automation to enhance system administration efficiency, Participate in on-call rotation to address emergencies, Be available to work on weekends, after hours, and holidays when necessary.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or equivalent • Linux System administration and certifications • 3+ years of system administration experience • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills • Demonstrated commitment to taking ownership and delivering impactful results • Exceptional teamwork abilities, including the capacity to cultivate and sustain both internal and external relationships • Views challenges as opportunities for growth and sees each day as a chance for continuous improvement • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Shell, Python, and other common languages • Familiarity with NoSQL and SQL databases • Experience with version tracking tools (e.g., Mercurial, Git, RCS) • Understanding of networking and storage principles • Proficiency in software development (Optional) • Technical knowledge and understanding of the medical imaging field
