Description

β€’ The Customer Success Specialist ensures customers have an exceptional experience that drives adoption, loyalty, and expansion. β€’ Responsibilities include proactive customer outreach, feature promotion, conducting training sessions, and collecting feedback. β€’ Monitor and analyze customer usage patterns and implement retention strategies. β€’ Regularly report to the Customer Success Lead on interactions and feedback.

Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field. β€’ 2 years of experience in customer success, support, implementations or account management roles. β€’ Strong communication and problem-solving skills. β€’ Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. β€’ Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools. β€’ Experience with HubSpot and Monday.com is a plus
