Description

• Interwell Health is a kidney care management company that partners with physicians. • Lead the accounting process across diverse business contracts. • Overseeing joint ventures and ensuring alignment with industry standards. • Ensure accounting processes are aligned to contractual terms and conditions. • Ensure reporting follows IFRS and GAAP standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field • Minimum 10 years of experience in accounting or finance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role • Comprehensive understanding of accounting principles and regulations • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel • Proven leadership and team management skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to interact effectively with multiple stakeholders and leadership • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with focus on continuous improvement • Preferred: CPA certification and experience with SAP, NetSuite and/or Blackline • Ability to travel up to 10% — travel a few days per year for onsite meetings as needed
