Description

• Interwell Health is a kidney care management company that partners with physicians on its mission to reimagine healthcare. • Seeking a Director or Senior Director of Network Development to join our team! • You’ll spearhead efforts to expand our network of Physician providers across the United States. • This position blends sales, strategy, analytics, and innovation in a dynamic market-facing leadership role. • You’ll be tasked with enhancing the partnership experience, deepening engagement, and fostering education among our valued Physician partners. • Success will include championing our integrated technology and clinical offerings, emphasizing ease of business, workflow-neutral solutions, clinical autonomy, and aligned incentives. • You’ll be a voice of the physician community, entrusted with managing multiple relationships and shaping market strategies. • We encourage applications from seasoned leaders at both Senior Director and Director levels.

Requirements

• A track record of success in sales and sales management or senior management (e.g. practice operations) in healthcare • Experience working alongside and negotiating with physicians and healthcare administrators • Experience with value-based risk contracting preferred; Nephrology experience also a plus • Demonstrated understanding of financial drivers/incentives for Physician Practices, Payer partners and other healthcare stakeholders • Excellent communication, presentation and influencing skills • Ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders and hone a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams • Entrepreneurial spirit, a sense of ownership and comfortable operating in a matrix environment • Solution-oriented with the ability to think strategically and creatively in decision-making • 25-50% travel expected; a driver’s license and acceptable driving record according to company policy required
