•About Invisible: Invisible is the operations innovation company transforming how companies are built and run. •About The Role: As SVP Operations (AI), you will be responsible for leading a large client-delivery function within Invisible. •What You’ll Do: Your responsibilities will include Team Leadership, Strategic Planning, Financial Management, and Design/Implement Blueprints for Scale.

Requirements

•Have a vision for the AI space and AI training within it. •10+ years of experience in client-delivery operations within high-growth, fast-scaling environments. •Strong background in systems analysis and organizational design. •Ability to lead through layers and manage complex organizational structures. •Experience working in client-facing roles in a consulting or strategic partnership capacity. •Experience managing high-performing teams, with a track record of building and maintaining effective leadership systems. •High emotional intelligence and strong leadership capabilities. •Excellent financial management skills with the ability to implement cost management strategies. •Experience with operational standardization, with a focus on identifying and implementing standard processes across large organizations. •Advanced degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field, such as an MBA or equivalent. •Big plus if you have a technical background or a recent (<10 years old) major in ML/CS at a university.

Benefits

•Compensation: •Base: $185,000 •Base + Bonus Target: $285,000 •This role is eligible to participate in Invisible’s equity plan.
