• Vision for the AI space and AI training. • 10+ years of experience in client-delivery operations in high-growth environments. • Strong background in systems analysis and organizational design. • Ability to lead through layers and manage complex organizational structures. • Experience in client-facing roles in consulting or strategic partnerships. • Experience managing high-performing teams. • High emotional intelligence and strong leadership capabilities. • Excellent financial management skills. • Experience with operational standardization across large organizations. • Advanced degree in business administration, operations management, or related field.
