• Lead a 5,000+ individual client-delivery function within Invisible. • Design and manage team structure for growth and scale. • Collaborate cross-functionally to service clients’ operational needs. • Implement strategic plans for growth and operational performance. • Manage financial systems for improving profitability and performance.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in client-delivery operations within high-growth, fast-scaling environments. • GTM and commercial experience across various verticals including Financial Services and Healthcare. • Strong background in systems analysis and organizational design. • Ability to lead teams through complex organizational structures. • Experience in consulting or strategic partnership roles. • Proven track record of managing high-performing teams. • Excellent financial management skills for cost management. • Experience in operational standardization across large organizations. • Advanced degree in business administration or operations management preferred. • Ability to think strategically with a strong sense of urgency.
