Description

• Formulate and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with corporate goals. • Develop a deep understanding of the market, customers, and competitors in the Non-Profit and K-12 Education sectors. • Create compelling value propositions and update assets from website content to collateral materials. • Scale pipeline development and help accelerate opportunity velocity. • Build awareness and opportunities through multiple channels such as LinkedIn, agencies, paid ads, SEO, PR, content marketing, etc. • Implement account-based marketing for K-12 Education and multi-channel demand generation for Non-Profit organizations. • Manage and mentor a team focused on sequence demand generation, account-based demand generation, and direct engagement with prospects. • Collaborate closely with sales, customer success, services, and support teams to build our brand and opportunity pipeline. • Foster a culture of continuous learning and growth within the marketing team. • Work with customers to create references, case studies, and success stories. • Create and manage a compelling website and content strategy to enhance brand presence. • Ensure consistent messaging and positioning across all marketing channels. • Implement dashboards with key metrics and provide strategic insights to the executive team. • Utilize analytical skills to uncover trends and insights, optimizing marketing efforts. • Provide data-driven insights to inform decision-making and strategy adjustments.

Requirements

• 7+ total years of experience in marketing, particularly B2B ERP growth marketing and demand generation • 3+ years of experience in the Non-Profit and municipal government industry verticals. • 3+ years’ proven track record of effectively interacting with executive teams and senior management • Demonstrated history of success in a growth business. • Strong analytical abilities with a data-driven approach to decision-making. • Strong team leadership skills and the ability to manage and develop a marketing team. • Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, including CRM systems, marketing automation, and analytics tools. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively. • Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills. • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
