Description

• Provide clinical and scientific information for Iovance Biotherapeutics development products • Identify and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and support clinical trial sites • Collaborate with field personnel to ensure a strong clinical presence • Enhance Iovance's image as a medical advancement advocate • Deliver tailored scientific presentations to various audiences • Collect field medical insights and report findings • Attend key medical congresses and provide scientific support

Requirements

• Advanced scientific degree (MD, PhD, PharmD) with a minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience • License (RN, NP, CNP, PA or equivalent) with a minimum of a Masters’ degree or equivalent and a minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience • A minimum of 2 years’ experience as an MSL or comparable industry or clinical role required • Competence in Needs Assessment, Facilitation, Prioritization, Decision Making, Collaboration, Planning & Organizing, Implementation/Follow-up, Written and Verbal Communication • Meeting management skills and operational capabilities • Ability to perform under pressure and deadlines • Ability to work effectively within a matrix organization to achieve desired outcomes
