β€’ Job Title: Customer Success Manager β€’ Department: Customer Success β€’ Position: Full-time β€’ Job Summary β€’ IPConfigure is seeking a Customer Success Manager (CSM) who will be the primary point of contact for customers post-sale, serving as their trusted advisor and ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. β€’ The ideal candidate will leverage analytical skills and customer insights to help improve customer experiences and advise on product implementation and optimization. β€’ In this role, you will analyze customer data, engage with clients to understand their needs and promote the successful use of our video surveillance solutions.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster relationships with customers. β€’ Strong analytical skills with experience in using data to drive decisions. β€’ Ability to understand customer needs and translate them into actionable plans. β€’ Proficient in customer relationship management (CRM) software. β€’ Project management skills are a plus. β€’ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. β€’ A passion for customer success and improving user experiences. β€’ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. β€’ 2+ years of experience in a customer success, account management, or a related role. β€’ Experience in the technology sector, particularly in video surveillance or security solutions, is a plus.
