📋 Description

• The Sales Director is responsible for managing, structuring, and negotiating complex, high-value deals within the Utility market. • Drive sales in the assigned territory, targeting key Utilities and building stakeholder relationships. • Identify, qualify, develop, and convert new opportunities. • Lead generation and engage multiple customer contacts within a given account. • Create and execute account plans and winning strategies. • Become a trusted advisor for accounts. • Orchestrate the full deal lifecycle in line with revenue recognition rules. • Present comprehensive solutions and establish a value-based vision for customers. • Accurately forecast sales revenue and manage complex global accounts. • Develop and nurture partner relationships to foster sales engagements.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience closing enterprise Software, SaaS, or PaaS deals. • Proven Sales experience with regular overachievement of sales targets and driving new business. • Must be a natural ‘storyteller’- believable and credible in a boardroom. • Possess a strong network of executive relationships within your given territory. • A thorough understanding of Enterprise Solutions Sales. • Strong understanding of T&D Electricity network operations. • Strategic sales skills to manage large complex and global accounts. • Experience of working for a global software organization. • Knowledge of complex software applications. • Excellent sales and customer service skills. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. • Fluency in English is required. Other language skills would be helpful.
