• Have been in an alliance leadership, or equivalent position, for several years or more with a proven track record of managing channel or alliance programs, most of which was gained within the Salesforce ecosystem. • Experience working with large and medium-sized systems integrators across North America and Europe. • Knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem and its partner landscape. • A clear understanding of the organisational structure and go-to-market processes of both Salesforce and the large systems integrators. • An active network of relevant contacts within Salesforce and the large systems integrators. • Strong business and financial acumen with a track record of meeting revenue targets through partnerships. • Good leadership, communication, and relationship management skills. • Experience working in a global or multi-regional environment with cross-functional teams. • Willingness to travel as needed across North America and Europe.
