Description

• At Environment Bank, we're rewriting the rulebook on biodiversity. • We are revolutionising the industry with privately funded landscape-scale nature recovery. • Seeking a strategic Head of Sales to lead commercial activities for Nature Shares. • Role involves driving sales strategy and building relationships with stakeholders. • Requires understanding of Nature Shares, proven sales leadership, and passion for nature restoration. • Develop sales strategy, lead and grow a high-performing sales team. • Lead negotiations and establish relationships with key stakeholders. • Monitor market trends and drive marketing strategy. • Deliver commercially viable products supported by technical rigor.

Requirements

• Ideally a minimum of 8-10 years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably within the environmental sector. • Strong understanding of biodiversity credits, carbon markets, and environmental conservation principles. • Proven track record of leading and developing successful sales teams. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and persuasively. • Ability to analyse data, identify trends, and make informed decisions to drive sales success. • Ideally Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Business, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
