• Lead the International Team, creating and executing a sales strategy • Develop and implement strategic plans for customers and sectors • Work to annual sales budgets and targets • Formulate and execute a business strategy for international markets • Prepare tenders with product specialists • Produce monthly sales forecasts and reports • Ensure compliance checks on customers, agents, and distributors • Conduct reviews with internal teams • Lead, inspire, and motivate the International Team • Manage team performance and resource planning

Requirements

• Electrical background is essential • Previous experience in African markets is required • Proven experience working with government utilities within African markets • Strong, proven sales background
