Description

• Responsible for the sales of specialty bracing tailored exclusively to the Pediatric Medical Community. • Develops annual business plan in conjunction with Managing Director and OPSB Sales VP, which details activities to follow during the fiscal year, which will focus on meeting or exceeding sales quota. • Attends sales meetings and helps OPSB sales team, surgical team and distributors with questions related to specialty bracing products, and educating them on appropriate use. • Maximizes all opportunities in the process of closing a sale resulting in the taking of market share from larger competitors. • Sells consultatively and makes recommendations to prospects and clients of the bracing solutions the company offers to their business issues in pediatric hospitals, orthotics & prosthetics clinics and rehabilitation facilities. • Oversees and coordinates all training & education efforts for selling organization and customers. • Assists in the implementation of company marketing plans as needed. • Maintains accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls, presentations, closed sales, and follow-up activities within their assigned territory, including the use of Microsoft Outlook and Excel to maintain accurate records to maximize territory potential. • Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team. • Meets and obtains monthly, quarterly, or annual sales quotas.

Requirements

• 7+ years of sales experience specifically in the bracing and/or orthotics and prosthetics industry. • Extensive experience in all aspects of Sales and Account Management. • Willingness to travel and work in a global team of professionals. • Proven ability to achieve and surpass sales quotas. • Fluent in English; Fluency in German and/or other European languages is beneficial.
