• Responsible for the sales of specialty bracing tailored exclusively to the Pediatric Medical Community. • Develops annual business plan in conjunction with Managing Director and OPSB Sales VP. • Attends sales meetings and helps OPSB sales team, surgical team and distributors. • Sells consultatively and makes recommendations to prospects and clients of the bracing solutions the company offers. • Oversees and coordinates all training & education efforts for selling organization and customers.
• 7+ years of sales experience specifically in the bracing and/or orthotics and prosthetics industry. • Extensive experience in all aspects of Sales and Account Management. • Willingness to travel and work in a global team of professionals. • Proven ability to achieve and surpass sales quotas. • Fluent in English; Fluency in German and/or other European languages is beneficial.
