Description

• Management of the Rest of World Sales team including Regional Vice Presidents, and SDRs\n• Responsible for all Sales functions in the Rest of World with dotted lines to global Partner and SE leaders\n• Driving revenue growth through direct sales and partnership development\n• Executing sales strategy, tactics, and plans to achieve New Logo and Consumption Revenue goals\n• You will occasionally take the lead on large and critical deals. The position is both a coaching role and hands-on sales role\n• Cultivate enduring relationships with key partners, stakeholders, and industry leaders to drive strategic partnerships and business\n• Managing and motivating Regional Vice Presidents to hit revenue goals on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis\n• In-depth knowledge of Matillion culture and product\n• Drive team new logo acquisition\n• Drive prospecting and pipeline creation\n• Fostering the development of the team through sales support, educational/training programs, 1:1 coaching\n• Working with Alliances/Marketing/SDR teams to ensure cohesion and effective go-to-market strategy\n• Hiring, onboarding, and effective enablement of new starters\n• Following sales process, always leading by example, respected by the organization\n• Ensuring performing sales team members are motivated, energized, and supported to hit goals\n• Accurately “bottoms-up” forecasting revenue on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis\n• Be metric driven. Measure and report team performance KPIs, including seller productivity, net new ARR, expansion, and churn\n• Responsible for data quality and seller enablement across all systems and tools\n• Responsible for reporting to leadership with a keen eye for innovation and process\n• Foster strong relationships with our vendor and technology partners\n• Enable seller-to-seller relationships to drive new business\n• Educate partners on the value of Matillion to their business

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in leadership roles with a focus on customer success, growth and sales and marketing in fast growing technology companies (AI experience strongly preferred)\n• Experience partnering with leaders in Marketing and Communications, Product Management, Customer Experience, Operations, and other key functions to drive results from pre-funnel through customer expansion and retention\n• Proven enterprise sales leadership experience with a strong record in mentoring, empowering and positively challenging a team to develop themselves to best-in-class standards and achieve defined business goals\n• Some knowledge of Cloud Data warehouse and sales of Cloud Data Warehouse or Data Warehouse products\n• Strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail\n• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills\n• Bachelor’s Degree or higher ideally in business/economics
