• Get to lead, formulate, develop and grow a sales team • Determine, implement and execute the sales strategy • Future international exposure • Join a dynamic and growing international healthcare business • Provide top level strategic monitoring and direction to the division • Proactively develop existing customers and win new business
Requirements
• Deep knowledge of the construction contractor market supporting the healthcare sector • A love for being in front of customers, negotiating and closing business • Understanding or experience of selling HVAC systems • A vigorous sales process from initial lead generation to sales handover • Inspirational leadership behaviours, engendering integrity, collaboration and excellence
