• IRCA Group is a leading international B2B provider of semi-finished ingredients for the bakery, pastry, and gelato markets. • The Key Account Manager (KAM) is responsible for managing direct and indirect sales activities for customers in Switzerland and Austria. • Ensures achievement of company goals in sales and gross margin. • Maintains close technical and commercial relationships with customers to identify new business opportunities. • Based in Austria and available to travel 75% of the time.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or a related field. • Professional Skills: 3-5 years in a similar role, preferably in B2B companies. General understanding of bakery, pastry, and ice cream products, focusing on chocolate and creams. Experience selling food products. • Language Skills: German and English are required; French is a plus. • Behavioral Requirements: Results-oriented. Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills. High energy and positive attitude. Proactive with a sense of urgency. Entrepreneurial mindset. Excellent communication. Business development skills. Strong analytical and forecasting skills. Ability to plan and achieve targets. • Other: knowledge of the relevant market and key customers. Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time. Experience in structured companies with international exposure.
