• Oversee credentialing examination development and publishing process. • Manage internal quality control processes for all exam items and forms. • Motivate and lead a diverse, high-performing team. • Coordinate the translation of examinations and supporting materials into additional languages. • Ensure accurate candidate and public communications.

• Ability to demonstrate and support the 5 Company Core Values: Integrity, Excellence, Unity, Accountability, Agility. • Ability to build an inclusive culture that encourages, supports and celebrates diversity; serve as a role model to promote DEI best practices. • Proven leadership skills in the administration and operation of a department, including budgeting and strategic planning. • Previous personnel management experience leading a small to mid-sized team consisting of experienced professionals. • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with a highly diverse and international client base. • The ability to inspire trust and confidence with peers, clients and volunteers. • Constituent retention, volunteer management and motivational skills to support the maintenance and development of certification products. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required. • Public speaking and presentation experience is highly desirable. • Proficiency in one or more second languages is desirable.
