Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years in customer-facing roles • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; advanced degrees preferred • Experience in data measurement, market research, marketing, advertising, or a related field • Proven track record in building and coaching high-performing teams • Demonstrated experience as an effective people manager • Ability to engage in strategic conversations with C-suite • Strong strategic vision for new initiatives • Proven success in fast-paced, high-growth environments
