Requirements

• 12+ years’ experience in the Sales Compensation field, such as commissions or incentive calculation, incentive plan design and modeling • 8+ years’ experience in leading sales incentive plan design projects • Extensive knowledge of compensation and applicable laws • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal including an ability to effectively present information to internal partners • Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to build relationships, and customer focused orientation • Excellent organizational and time management skills. • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret and communicate data. • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with proven ability to effectively work with others • Professional conduct and self-motivated • Certified Sales Compensation Professional
