• Iterable is the leading AI-powered customer engagement platform. • As a Solutions Architect, reduce friction for customers using the Iterable platform. • Partner with Customer Success during technical calls to optimize engagement. • Analyze data flows and marketing tech stacks to increase customer adoption. • Build custom solutions using AWS, Workato, and scripting for integrations.
🎯 Requirements
• 4+ years experience working in a technical support, implementation, or solutions role • Experience with pre-sales opportunities and/or post-sale expansion • Demonstrable strong verbal and written communication skills • Experience working with a wide range of programming languages like HTML, CSS, nodeJS, Python, SQL, and Javascript • Familiarity with mobile-specific programming languages like Swift, Java, Kotlin, and React Native • Familiarity with APIs to connect back-end services • Willingness to travel 25% of the time for customer onsite meetings, conferences, and company/team events
