• Lead the planning and execution of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) upgrade projects. • Conduct workshops to understand Business processes and assess the impact of the upgrade. • Develop and implement upgrade strategies, including data migration, system integration, and testing. • Ensure compatibility of customizations and extensions with the new Oracle EBS version. • Collaborate with stakeholders to minimize downtime and ensure a smooth transition. • Perform system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and support end-user training. • Provide post-upgrade support and troubleshooting.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. • Minimum of 10 years of experience in Oracle EBS implementation, Upgrade, Rollout and support. • Strong understanding of Oracle EBS SCM modules and their interdependencies. • Proficiency in PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, and Reports. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Fluent in Portuguese and English. • Experience with Oracle EBS R12. • Knowledge of supply chain management and exposure to financial modules. • Certification in Oracle EBS or related technologies.
