📋 Description
• It’s Plein Air Agency is a leading marketing consultancy focusing on the restaurant and hospitality industry providing solutions from Creative, Production, Media Strategy & Buying, Digital Content to Website and Mobile App development. • We are a fully remote agency and are looking for remote talent to join our team! • We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Technical Account Manager with a strong understanding of web and mobile app technologies. • This role would be working directly with the SVP of Operations, Head of Technology, and CEO in redefining, developing, and leading their clients through web and app development cycles. • The primary role will be collaborating with clients while working directly with our Digital Project Manager to help prioritize requests and manage timelines. • A successful candidate will be comfortable leading client meetings, communicating all client needs from timelines, requirements, and requests. • The Technical Account Manager is expected to have a solid knowledge base of website and integration technical processes. • We are looking for a critical thinker who is able to help anticipate issues and contribute to the resolution of errors and UI problems.
🎯 Requirements
• 3 or more years of experience managing Website and Mobile App development projects as a client-facing resource. • In addition, bonus if working with API integrations - particularly with OlO, Personica, Yext, or other menu management systems or loyalty programs.
