• We are looking for an outstanding Customer Success Manager to join our growing global team! • The Customer Success team is responsible for working directly with our global customer-base, operating the business and providing a top-level service to scale every programmatic campaign. • Jampp is looking for a Customer Success Manager to balance long-term relationships with the day-to-day tactical management of our customer's mobile marketing campaigns. • You will need to bring a commercial and strategic acumen analytical mindset together with a detail-oriented and data-driven focus in order to build and grow long-term business partnerships with our customers. • We are looking for people with high expertise, enthusiasm, and a true passion for mobile app marketing.
• Graduated in Business Administration, Marketing or have a comparable proven academic record. • Commercial Drive & customer focused profile. • +3 years experience in sales and/or digital marketing. • Proficient at data handling, analysis and report building • Superior attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in completing tasks. • Fluency in english is a must (both written and speaking). Portuguese is a plus! • Ambitious self-starter who enjoys a good challenge and continuous learning. • You are someone that others enjoy working with due to your competence and positive attitude.
