🎯 Requirements

• Highly analytical and data-driven, with an exceptional ability to translate numbers into actionable marketing strategies. • Experienced in media buying, with a deep understanding of paid acquisition channels and optimization tactics. • Adept at working in constrained, highly data-driven environments • A conversion rate optimization (CRO) expert, with hands-on experience improving web and product funnel performance. • A strong collaborator who understands how to work with design, development, and product teams to drive results. • Not solely from an enterprise background – we are not looking for someone with a sole focus on account-based marketing (ABM), field events, or traditional enterprise SaaS approaches.
