• Manage the entire recruitment process from identifying hiring needs to selecting candidates. • Actively source and identify qualified candidates. • Conduct interviews to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit. • Partner with team leaders to understand hiring needs. • Maintain an updated pipeline of candidates and manage ATS. • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. • Analyze recruitment data and provide reports on performance metrics.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), particularly Teamtailor, is preferred. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to build effective relationships with candidates and internal teams. • Excellent multitasking and time management abilities.
