Description

• Affirm is reinventing credit to make it more honest and friendly, giving consumers the flexibility to buy now and pay later without any hidden fees or compounding interest. • We’re looking for a collaborative and enthusiastic Program Lead to join our growing Talent Management team, and to help us drive key talent initiatives such as performance management, talent reviews, and career development frameworks. • In this role, you’ll oversee mid-size projects, collaborate strategically with our cross-functional partners, and develop clear, impactful communications for Affirmers. • This role is a great fit for someone with talent management expertise who is excited to help us manage our programs seamlessly, foster talent across a global tech company, and deliver meaningful impact.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in Human Resources and/or Program Management, ideally within the tech industry and/or global organizations • Talent management expertise, ideally with experience managing talent initiatives as part of a Talent Management function • 3+ years of experience managing complex programs or initiatives across multiple stakeholder groups • Experience writing employee or user communications for diverse (and ideally global) audiences – with an ability to simplify complex information to what matters most • Experience managing processes deployed by an HRIS (ideally Workday Talent modules) and partnering with systems teams is preferred • Intermediate Excel or Google Sheets skills (e.g., creating pivot tables, lookup functions, and visualizations) is preferred • A track record of data-informed and employee/user-centric decision-making • A collaborative team player who steps in to support team and organizational success, taking on tasks and responsibilities as needed to drive meaningful outcomes.
