Bixal, a fast-growing agency providing holistic Digital Transformation to clients based in Fairfax VA. β€’ We are seeking a driven and resourceful Senior Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist with a strong focus on proactive sourcing to support full-life-cycle recruitment for government contracting roles and home-office positions across the United States and abroad. β€’ In this role, you will play a critical part in building pipelines of top talent, ensuring organizational needs are met with agility, compliance, precision, and a high degree of internal customer service delivery.

Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field, plus at least 4 years of related experience. β€’ Proven successful experience in full-life-cycle recruitment, including a track record of proactive sourcing for government contracting roles. β€’ Strong understanding of technical roles, such as software development, cybersecurity, and data analysis, and familiarity with industry tools and frameworks. β€’ Demonstrated ability to effectively utilize advanced sourcing techniques and tools to identify and engage passive candidates. β€’ Exceptional relationship-building, negotiation, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and tight deadlines. β€’ Familiarity with hiring regulations and requirements, including OFCCP, EEO, and other government-specific compliance standards. β€’ Proficiency in ATS platforms (e.g., iCIMS, Workday, Taleo), LinkedIn Recruiter, and sourcing tools like Hiretual or SeekOut. β€’ Proven commitment to diversity, inclusion, equity, and belonging in all work.
