Description

• Responsible for developing and executing proactive recruitment strategies to identify and attract top talent. • Manages full lifecycle recruiting function, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing applicants. • Acts as subject matter expert on the applicant tracking system and recruitment process effectiveness. • Builds strong relationships with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and understand job requirements. • Maintains open requisitions while assessing distribution among the team. • Builds a network of targeted prospective candidates through proactive direct sourcing and referrals. • Establishes successful relationships with colleges and community partners to ensure the company is viewed as an “Employer of Choice.” • Oversees formal recruiting programs for identifying talent for Internship and entry-level positions. • Prepares offer letters in line with company’s compensation guidelines. • Coordinates recruiting efforts, including job fairs and intern recruitment. • Stays in contact with applicants to ensure a positive interview experience. • Identifies and recommends solutions to improve recruiting processes. • Provides guidance to hiring managers on staffing policies and applicable laws.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field is preferred. • 5-7 years of experience. • Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress, etc.) • Hands on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check, etc.) • Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS). • Hands-on experience with recruiting software. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong decision-making skills.
