📋 Description
• The Talent Acquisition Consultant is responsible for delivering all facets of recruiting success. • Develops and executes recruiting plans and improves the candidate experience. • Consults with hiring managers and collaborates with Marketing and HR teams to attract applicants. • Evaluates candidates and manages outside recruiters as necessary. • Supports the Candidate Experience team and builds networks for sourcing candidates. • Collaborates and coaches Talent Acquisition team members to drive success.

• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills • Self-motivated with strong propensity for action, results and continuous improvement • The ability to work successfully in a high-energy, fast paced, rapidly changing environment is necessary • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and manage multiple processes, programs, and procedures simultaneously while working under pressure to meet deadlines • An in-depth knowledge of data mining and internet research • Business acumen required
